The Chargé d’Affaires of the Republic of Iraq in Jordan meets the Jordanian Minister of Health to discuss ways of joint cooperation

The Chargé d’Affairs of the Republic of Iraq, Munif Ali Hussein, met with the Jordanian Minister of Health, Dr. Firas Al-Hawari, to discuss ways to enhance joint coordination.

During the meeting, which was held at the headquarters of the Ministry of Health, the Chargé d’Affaires stressed the depth of Iraqi-Jordanian relations at the official and popular levels, and the fact that Jordan is one of the most important medical tourism destinations for Iraqi citizens, pointing to the importance of a memorandum of understanding that enhances cooperation and coordination between the ministries of health in the two brotherly countries. Pointing out that the existence of a framework regulating the exchange of experiences in the health sector would be beneficial to both sides.

The meeting was attended by the official of the legal department at the embassy, ​​Second Secretary Wissam Zaidan, the health attaché at the embassy, ​​Dr. Ali Mahmoud, and the Director General of Dar Al Salam Hospital in Jordan, Dr. Ahmed Saadi.
