Undersecretary for Policy Planning visits the Consulate General of the Republic of Iraq in Kermanshah

The Undersecretary of for Policy Planning, Dr Salih Hussein Ali Al-Tamimi and his accompanying delegation, which included Mr Ihsan Al-Awadi, Head of the Department Neighboring Countries, and Mr Mukhles Ali Rajab, Acting Head of the Department of Consular affairs, have conducted an official visit to the consulate General of the Republic of Iraq in Kermanshah province.

The Undersecretary held an expanded meeting with the consulate’s staff. During the meeting, the mechanism of submission and completion the daily consular affairs for Iraqi citizens residing in Kermanshah, in addition to the cities of (Kurdistan, Ilam, Hamadan) were reviewed. They also discussed the effective means that would reduce the routine in completing the consular affairs for gracious Iraqi citizens in a more streamlined manner and in a shorter period of time.  

The Undersecretary was briefed on the mechanism of the mission’s workflow and the stage of completion of consular affairs for citizens from beginning to end, appreciating the efforts made by all employees and their dedication in performing their work in a smooth and highly organized way, calling on them to make further efforts in serving the Iraqi community in a way that reflects the culture of Iraq and relieves the suffering of citizens and facilitate the consular affairs for citizens.
