The Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq in Cairo inaugurates the system for issuing passports to the Iraqi community

Based on the directives Minister of Foreign affairs Fouad Hussein in order to provide the best consular services to our dear citizens, and within the framework of the ministry’s plan to expand the provision of electronic services and automate the consular work, whether inside or outside Iraq, Dr. Ahmed Nayef Rashid Al-Dulaimi, Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq in Cairo and its permanent representative to the League of Arab States, on 30/05/2022, issued a system for issuing passports to the Iraqi community, in the consular section of the embassy, ​​in coordination and cooperation with the Ministry of Interior.

It is worth noting that the opening of this system will contribute significantly to shortening the time required to issue ordinary passports to the honorable citizens.
