Head of Europe Department Meets Czech Ambassador in Baghdad

On 27/10/2021, The Head of the Europe Department, Ambassador Abdul Kareem Tuama Mahdi Kaab, met Ambassador of the Czech Republic in Baghdad, Mr. Peter Stepanek, at the headquarters of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. At the beginning of the meeting, the head of the department congratulated Mr. Peter on assuming the duties of his new position in Baghdad, emphasizing the Iraqi government’s keenness to enhance the historic relations with the Czech Republic.

The two sides discussed the topic of strengthening the bilateral relations between the two countries and opening prospects of the cooperation in all political, economic and cultural fields, and the visits by high-level officials between the two countries, and the agreements and memoranda of understanding to be signed between the two sides in the coming period.
