Minister of Foreign Affairs Meets Chairman of the Presidency of Bosnia in Belgrade
On Monday, 10/11/2021, Foreign Minister Fuad Hussein met with the Chairman of the Presidency of Bosnia, Mr. Milorad Dojek, on the sidelines of his participation in the meeting of the Non-Aligned Movement Group, and celebration of the 60th anniversary of holding the first conference of the movement, held currently in Belgrade in Serbia.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed means of developing relations between the two countries in various fields.
The Minister welcomed the Bosnian government’s move to re-establish political relations between the two countries and open up broader horizons for bilateral cooperation between the two sides.
His Excellency touched on the electoral process that took place in Iraq on October 10, which ended successfully with an international monitoring.
The Minister stressed importance of exchanging visits between officials from different sectors to conclude agreements, pointing out to the importance of concluding agreements to provide facilities and lift travel restrictions between the citizens of the two countries.
For his part, Mr. Dojek affirmed his government’s readiness to develop bilateral and political relations between the two countries, and the contribution of Bosnian companies in the reconstruction and various projects in Iraq.
