Head of Europe Department Meets Polish Ambassador to Iraq

The Head of the Europe Department, Ambassador Abdul karim Toama Mahdi Kaab, met the Polish Ambassador to Iraq, Mr. Marcin Kubiak at the headquarters of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on 4/10/2021.

During the meeting, the two sides touched on the depth of strategic relations and joint cooperation, especially in the economic, security and military fields. They also discussed the possibilities for enhancing the investment opportunities and cooperation in various sectors, in a way that contributes to supporting the Iraqi government’s efforts to diversify the sources of the Iraqi economy.

For his part, the Polish Ambassador, Mr. Marcin Kubiak, affirmed his country’s support for the Iraqi government and people, especially in its war against terrorism, and in order to make the upcoming elections successful.

The meeting was attended by the official of Poland’s file, the First Secretary Ali Mohammad Baqer.
