Deputy Head Protocol Department Receives Russian Chargé d’Affairs in Baghdad

The Deputy Head of the Protocol Department, Samer Jamal Hassan, has received the Russian Chargé d’Affairs, Mr. Andrei Selin. At the beginning of the meeting, the Deputy Head of the Protocol Department welcomed Mr. Selin, wishing him success in his work, expressing the Protocol Department’s willingness to provide full support to ensure the success of the work of the Russian Embassy in Iraq in a manner that serves the interests of the two friendly peoples.

For his part, Mr. Andrei expressed his great thanks and gratitude for the good reception and hospitality, referring to the efforts made by the Protocol Department to support the Russian mission.

The meeting was attended by Mr. Aqeel Jasib Al-Sudani, First Secretary in the Protocol Department.
