Ambassador Haider Al Ethari Presents his Credentials as a Non-Resident Ambassador to the State of Palestine

Ambassador Haider Al Ethari presented his credentials to His Excellency Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas, as Non-Resident Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Iraq to the sisterly State of Palestine.

The eremony was held on September 15, 2021, at the Palestinian Embassy in the Jordanian capital, Amman via video conference, with the presence of His Excellency the Palestinian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Riyad Al Malki, the Diplomatic Advisor of the president, Majdi Al Khalidi, and the Commander of the Presidential Guard, Major General Munir Al Zoubi.

President Abbas welcomed the Ambassador, wishing him success in his duties, while Al Ethari conveyed to His Excellency the greetings of His Excellency President Barham Salih, Prime Minister Mustafa AlKadhumi and His Excellency Foreign Minister FuadHussein, stressing Iraq’s firm position in support of the Palestinian issue and the rights of the brotherly Palestinian people.
