Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq in Cairo Discusses Ways of Industrial Cooperation with the Egyptian Minister of Military Production

Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq in Cairo and its permanent representative in the League of Arab States, Dr. Ahmed Naief Al Dulaimi on September 9,2021 With the Egyptian Minister of Military Production, Engineer Mohamed Ahmed Morsi.

 The Ambassador expressed his appreciation for the role of the Ministry of Military Production in promoting the military and civil industries, stressing that Egypt can be a major and important factor in reconstructiing Iraq in the military and civil fields.

He pointed out Iraq’s keenness to open many areas of cooperation with the Egyptian Ministry of Military Production due to the technology its companies possess, in addition to success in implementing many national and development projects in Egypt, which enhances Iraq’s desire to open horizons for cooperation in fields of common interest.

For his part, Minister Morsi expressed importance of consolidating the strategic partnership that would benefit both sides, stressing that the Ministry of Military Production is ready to harness all the available industrial technological and human capabilities to participate in the reconstruction of Iraq through implementing major industrial projects (defense industries or civil industries) .

The Ambassador thanked His Excellency the Minister of Military Production for the warm hospitality and reception, praising the ministry’s cooperation with the Iraqi authorities, which is a true reflection of the depth of the positive relations between the two countries.
