Ambassador of Republic of Iraq to Budapest receives Minister of State for Hungarian Diplomatic Academy

The Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq to Budapest Ali Hadi Al-Bayati received in his residence the Minister of State for Hungarian Diplomatic Academy and the Hungarian Scholarship Program, Mrs. OrsolyaPacsay and her deputy Mr. Lengyel Miklos, during the meeting, a number of topics of common interest were discussed including the situation of the two countries in light of the Corona Virus pandemic and the measures taken to prevent it. They also discussed the desire of the Iraqi side to enhance relations of cooperation between the two friendly countries in many fields, especially in the field of education. 

The conditions of the Iraqi students studying on the scholarship from the Hungarian side and ways to support them and make their academic studies successful were also discussed. 

For her part, Mrs. Orsolya Pacsay thanked the Ambassador for the good reception, praising the strong relations between the two friendly countries, wishing that security and stability would prevail in both countries.
