Head of Protocol Department meets Serbian Ambassador and Azerbaijani Charge d’Affairs

The Deputy Head of Protocol Department, Dr. Ali Shamran Hajim, met the Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia, Mr. UroŠ Balov, and the Charge d’Affairs of the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Hafiz Kogayev.  

At the beginning of the meeting, the head of Protocol Department welcomed the guests, praising the distinguished relations between the Republic of Iraq, and the Republic of Serbia and the Republic of Azerbaijan, stressing Iraq’s keenness to push these relations towards broader horizons at various levels. 

For their parts, the guests expressed their great gratitude and thanks for the hospitality and reception and all the facilities and assistance provided by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Protocol Department to Diplomatic missions in carrying out their tasks that were directly reflected in achieving the best relations.  

The meeting was attended by Mr. Samer Jamal Hassan, Assistant Head of the Protocol Department.
