Undersecretary for Legal and Multilateral Affairs Participates in Extraordinary Meeting of Foreign Ministers of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation

On 16 May 2021, the Undersecretary for Legal and Multilateral Affairs, H.E. Dr. Qahtan Al-Janabi, participated in the extraordinary meeting of the Foreign Ministers of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation to discuss the Israeli occupation’s attacks on the Palestinian people.
In his statement, the Undersecretary confirmed the steadfast and principled stance of Iraqi people and their unlimited support for the just Palestinian cause, for which Palestinians spent generations sacrificing lives and putting up with material losses to preserve their undeniable right to establish their independent state with Al-Quds Al-Sharif as its capital.
The Undersecretary highlighted the importance of solidifying a strong and unified Islamic stance and taking all legal and political measures against the usurping entity to stop its endless aggressions against the defenseless Palestinian people.
