Head of the Protocol Department Receives the Consular Exequatur of the Honorary Finnish Consul at Nineveh Governorate

The head of the Protocol Department, Dr. Ali Shamran Hachim, received the consular exequatur of the Honorary Finnish Consul in Nineveh, Mr. Nuri Al-Mousawi, in the presence of the Finnish ambassador accredited to Iraq, Mr. Vesa Häkkinen.
At the beginning of the meeting, Mr. Hachim welcomed Mr. Mousawi and praised the distinguished bilateral relations between Iraq and Finland and stressing Baghdad’s keenness to push these relations towards broader horizons at various levels, in a way that would benefit the two friendly countries and peoples.

For his part, Mr. Al Mousawi expressed his great gratitude for the hospitality and for all the facilities and assistance that the Protocol Department provides to the Finnish diplomatic mission in carrying out its tasks that were directly reflected in achieving the best relations.

The meeting was attended by Mr. Samer Jamal Hassan, Deputy Head of Protocol Department.
