Head of the Department of International Organizations and Conferences meets the Australian Ambassador to Iraq

The head of the Department of International Organizations and Conferences Dr. Abbas Kazem Obaid, met with Mrs. Paula Ganly, Australian Ambassador to Iraq. The two sides discussed ways to coordinate joint efforts between the two countries to best serve their national interests.
The activation of mutual support agreements to assume positions in international organizations was also discussed, in addition to benefiting from the Australian expertise in the fields of environment, agriculture, education, and transferring its experience to Iraq by convening workshops, training and joint cooperation sessions between Iraq and Australia.
