The permanent representative of Iraq to the United Nations in Geneva meets with the Director-General of the World Health Organization and expresses his thanks for the organization’s efforts in working with countries to limit the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic.

On his part, the Director General of the Organization confirmed that the first round of vaccines, amounting to (568,000), will soon arrive in Iraq, and they will be shipped to Iraq on 15/3/2021. The rest of the vaccine rounds purchased by Iraq, numbering 16 million doses, will arrive respectively.
