The Chief of Protocol Department Receives Director of International Cooperation at Embassy of United Kingdom and Northern Ireland

The Chief of Protocol Department Mr.  Ali Shamran Hajim met with Mrs. Correa Ostrik, Director of International Cooperation at the Embassy of the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland, and during the meeting they discussed a number of topics, the most important of which is granting entry visas and facilitating them on the basis of the introduction of health and safety conditions in light of the (covid-19) pandemic, as well as the discussion on strengthening and maintaining communication between the Embassy and the Ministry.

On his part, the Chief of Protocol Department affirmed the department’s readiness to provide all facilities and support to ensure the success of the work of the British embassy in a manner that serves the interests of the two countries, and to maintain the mechanism for the entry of employees working in the embassy and who have obligations with Iraqi institutions to ensure the safety of staff after ensuring the implementation of health measures .
