The Foreign Minister Receives Egyptian Ambassador on Occasion of Ending his Diplomatic Duties in Iraq

Foreign Minister Mr. Fuad Hussein received the Ambassador of the Arab Republic of Egypt to Baghdad, Mr. Alaa El-Din Musa on the occasion ending his tenure as the Ambassador of the Arab Republic of Egypt to Iraq.

The Minister expressed his appreciation for the efforts made by the Ambassador throughout his tenure to improve relations between Baghdad and Cairo, and his contribution to strengthening joint cooperation, expressing his confidence in the continued growth of bilateral relations, wishing him success in his future tasks.

The ambassador praised the support provided by the Iraqi Foreign Ministry of and the positive interaction to promote fraternal relations and strengthen them in various economic, political and security fields.

The meeting was attended by the Iraqi Ambassador to Cairo, Dr. Ahmed Nayef Al-Dulaimi, head of the Arab States Department, Mr. Osama Al-Rifai.
