Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq to Lebanon meets the Executive Secretary of the ESCWA

 The Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq, Mr Haider Shia’ al-Barraq met, on October 29th, 2021, the Undersecretary General of the United Nations and the Executive Secretary of the ESCWA, Dr Rula Dashti at the Committee’s headquarters in Beirut.

 During the meeting, the two sides discussed the issues that contribute to the enhancement of the relations between the Republic of Iraq and the ESCWA, exchange of experiences, and the consultations as regards the economic and social aspects, in addition to the further cooperation and coordination between the two sides.

 Counsellor Son Gul Ismael Zainal, and Balsam Majid have attended the meeting.
