The government of the Republic of Iraq expresses its solidarity with the Federal Republic of Germany, the Kingdoms of Belgium and Holland, the Duchy of Luxembourg, following the recent floods, and we express our grief over the loss of scores of victims and the loss of dozens of the lives of civilians.  

We extend our sincerest condolences to the families of the victims and missing persons in these difficult times.
