Congratulation

On the occasion of International Women’s Day, I congratulate Iraqi women, particularly the mothers, wives and sisters of the martyrs, and confirm the need to strengthen their roles in leadership positions in the state and society, so that they can take their pioneering and constructive role, and create a tolerant society based on the foundations of social justice.
