The Ambassador of Republic of Iraq to Kiev Meets Member of the Committee on Foreign Policy and Inter-Parliamentary Cooperation

The Ambassador of Republic of Iraq to Ukraine Mr. Bakr Ahmed Al-Jaff received in his office in the embassy building the deputy in the Ukrainian Parliament, member of the Foreign Policy and Inter-Parliamentary Cooperation Committee Mr. Yurash Sviatoslav Andriiovych

The two sides discussed the bilateral relations between the two countries, and issues of common concern at the political, economic, and cultural levels, as well as the common parliamentary issues.

Ambassador Bakr Al-Jaff called for the necessity of developing parliamentary relations and coordination between the two parliamentary friendship groups to enhance the means of cooperation between Iraq and Ukraine to serve the interests of the two friendly peoples.

On his part, Mr. Yurash Sviatoslav Andriiovych thanked the ambassador for the good reception and hospitality, appreciating his response to the invitation to attend the parliament session last week, stressing his country’s keenness to maintain and develop relations between the two countries.
