The Ambassador of Republic of Iraq in Cairo Meets Egyptian Assistant Foreign Minister

Mr. Ahmed Nayef Al-Dulaimi, the Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq in Cairo and its permanent representative to the League of Arab States met the Egyptian Assistant Foreign Minister for Protocol Affairs Ambassador Hatem Taj El-Din, the meeting discussed bilateral relations between Baghdad and Cairo and facilitating consular work procedures.

On his part, Ambassador Al-Dulaimi stressed the depth of historical relations between the two brotherly countries, stressing the need to facilitate granting entry visas to Iraqi citizens through the Egyptian diplomatic missions in Iraq.

During the meeting, Ambassador Taj El-Din expressed Egypt’s readiness to enhance cooperation between the two countries in all fields and to provide facilities for staff who obtained scholarships.
