The Ambassador of Republic of Iraq in Austria Presents Copy of Credentials as Non-resident Ambassador to Slovak Republic

Ambassador of Iraq in Vienna Mr. Bakir Fattah Hussain presented a copy of the credentials as a non-resident Ambassador to the Slovak Republic to Mr. Lukas Parizek Secretary of the Slovak Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs.

Mr. Parizek welcomed Ambassador Bakir on the presentation of credentials as a non-resident ambassador to his country, stressing the keenness to strengthen the old relations with Iraq, and his country’s support for a strong and stable Iraq, pledging to continue to stand with Iraq for the final elimination of terrorism, praising at the same time Iraq’s keenness to strengthen its relations with friendly countries despite the challenges.

Ambassador Bakir assured that the Government of Iraq’s confidence in the old relations between Iraq and Slovakia will continue and be strengthened more through fruitful cooperation through diplomatic channels, and he reiterated appreciation for the cooperation of the Slovak authorities and their support to the Iraq side.
