The Head of Asia and Australia Department Meets Korean Ambassador to Baghdad

The head of the Asia and Australia Department, Ambassador Abdullah Hassan Al-Jubouri, met the Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to Baghdad, Mr. Jang Kyung-wook.

During the meeting, they discussed bilateral relations between the two friendly countries in various fields, and Ambassador Al-Jubouri congratulated the Korean Ambassador on the occasion of the Korean Parliament’s election as the new Prime Minister of the Republic of Korea.

Ambassador Al-Juboiri stressed the readiness of the competent Iraqi authorities to provide all the necessary facilities for the work of Korean companies in Iraq and the desire of the Iraqi government to continue and develop Korean investments in various fields.

On his part, the Korean Ambassador praised the relations of the two friendly countries and confirmed the continuation of the work of the Embassy of the Republic of Korea and the Korean companies in Iraq.
