Senior Foreign Ministry Undersecretary Visits Sultanate of Oman for Political Consultations

The Senior Foreign Ministry Undersecretary of Dr. Abdul Karim Hashim made an official visit to the Sultanate of Oman for political consultations, and met with omani Foreign Minister Mr. Youssef bin Alawi, and Undersecretary for Diplomatic Affairs Sheikh Khalifa bin Ali Al Harithy.

The ways of strengthening bilateral relations between the two countries were discussed, and exchanged views on common interest, Dr. Abdul Karim Hashim conveyed the greetings of Minister Mohamad A. Alhakim to his Omani counterpart, and the wishes of the people and government of Iraq for the health and well-being of Sultan Qaboos bin Saeed, and for the brotherly Omani people for progress, advancement and prosperity.
