Foreign Minister Leads Iraqi Government Delegation to Manama to Offer Condolences on Death of Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Bahrain

Foreign Minister Mr. Fuad Hussein led the Iraqi government’s delegation to the Bahraini capital, Manama to offer condolences to the government and people of Bahrain on the death of Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, Prime Minister of the Kingdom. The delegation included a number of Ministers, including Minister of Planning Dr. Khaled Battal Al-Najm, Minister of Interior Mr. Othman Al-Ghanmi, and Minister of Culture, Mr. Hassan Nadhim. The delegation also included Mr. Ibrahim Bahr Al-Uloom, a representative of the President of the Republic, and Mr. Muhammad Nouri, a representative of the Speaker of Council of Representatives.

The delegation paid tribute to the deceased, calling for God Almighty to grant him the vastness of heaven, and expressed Iraq’s aspiration to promote cooperation relations with Manama in a way that contributes to achieving the interests of the two brotherly peoples.
