Foreign Minister Discusses with Kuwaiti Counterpart Bilateral Relations between the Two Countries

Foreign Minister Mr. Fuad Hussein renewed his sincere condolences and sympathy to the government and people of Kuwait on the death of Emir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, and expressed his congratulations for Prince Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah’s assumption of the position of Emir of the fraternal State of Kuwait, and the assumption of Sheikh Meshaal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah as Crown Prince.

This came in a phone call made by Minister Fuad Hussein with his Kuwaiti counterpart Sheikh Ahmed Nasser Al-Muhammad Al-Sabah this evening expressing his desire for the continuation of the distinguished bilateral relations that achieve the aspirations of the two brotherly peoples.

Minister Fuad Hussein also called for the importance of improving the prospects of bilateral cooperation for the benefit of both countries.
