Acting Head of International Organizations and Conferences Department Meets with Chargé d’Affairs of Japanese Embassy in Baghdad

The head of the International Organizations and Conferences Department Mr. Ali Hilal met with Mr.  Fumitori Yokote, Chargé d’affairs of the Japanese embassy in Baghdad, and the two sides discussed the draft resolutions submitted to the First Committee of the United Nations General Assembly this year.
The two sides discussed the importance of the Japanese role in achieving a suitable ground towards achieving a world free of nuclear weapons, as well as Iraq’s position on draft resolutions submitted to the six committees of the United Nations General Assembly.
