Head of Europe Department Meets Deputy Head of British Mission in Baghdad

The head of Europe Department Mr. Ali Shamran met with the Deputy Head of the British Mission in Baghdad, Mr. James Downer.
During the meeting, developments in bilateral relations were discussed and the need to complete memorandums of understanding ready to be signed, and the possibility of holding the sixth session of the Iraqi-British Ministerial Council meeting through televised circuit.
The two sides also discussed a number of regional and international issues of common interest, and exchanged views.
