Foreign Minister Meets with Member of Council of Representatives and Confirms Importance of Enhancing Integration between Legislative and Executive Authorities

Foreign Minister Mr. Fuad Hussein met with the member of the Foreign Relations Committee in the Council of Representatives Mr. Muhammad Al-Ghabban, in context of constant communication between the Foreign Ministry and the Council of Representatives on the most prominent foreign policy issues.

The meeting dealt with ways to enhance cooperation between the legislative and executive authorities, as well as touching on the most prominent foreign policy issues, as Minister Hussein was keen to review the Iraqi position towards them.

Mr. Al-Ghabban extended his congratulations to the Minister on the occasion of his assumption of his post as Foreign Minister of Republic of Iraq, expressing his wishes for success in the performance of his diplomatic duties.
