Acting Head of Arab Department Meets with Ambassador of State of Kuwait

The Acting head of Arab Department Mr. Osama Mahdi Al-Rifai met with Mr. Salem Al-Zamanan, the Kuwaiti Ambassador to Iraq.
In the meeting, they discussed common issues between the two countries.
Mr. Al-Rifai affirmed the government’s keenness to strengthen bilateral cooperation relations with the State of Kuwait.
On his part, Mr. Al-Zamanan expressed his country’s position with Iraq, and its aspiration for further cooperation in the interest of both countries, and also affirmed his government’s interest in the security and sovereignty of Iraq, and its support for achieving development and prosperity.
