Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq to Cairo and Permanent Representative to the League of Arab States, Dr. Ahmed Al-Dulaimi met with Egyptian Minister of Health and Population Dr. Hala Zayed and discussed ways of bilateral cooperation in facing the Coronavirus pandemic.
Ambassador Al-Dulaimi praised the Egyptian government for sending urgent medical assistance to Iraq , and reducing treatment fees for Iraqis living in Egypt affected by the pandemic with costs similar to the Egyptian citizens, and called on the importance of expediting the convening of the meeting of the joint Iraqi-Egyptian High Committee to activate bilateral cooperation in all fields.
