The Consulate General of Republic of Iraq in Frankfurt Operates an Exceptional Flight to Iraq

The Consulate General of Republic of Iraq in Frankfurt in coordination with the embassy in Berlin operated the third exceptional flight from Frankfurt Airport to Iraq with 190 passengers on board stranded in Germany due to the ban imposed by the countries of the world as a precautionary measure against the Coronavirus which affected many countries.
The consulate has coordinated with the embassy in Berlin, the crisis cell and the Protocol Department at the Ministry’s headquarters in cooperation with Iraqi Airways.
The consul general and the consular staff of our consulate accompanied the passengers to the airport to facilitate their return procedures, and to overcome any difficulties they may encounter.
