The Launch of 15th Exceptional Flight from Amman to Iraq
The embassy of Iraq in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan launched an exceptional flight via Iraqi Airways plane, carrying 121 Iraqi travelers who were stranded in Jordan due to the ban and flight suspension measures to prevent the outbreak of the Coronavirus.
The Foreign Ministry made exceptional efforts through the Crisis Cell and the Protocol Department at the Ministry’s headquarters through continuous coordination with the relevant national bodies, in addition to the effort made by the embassy to communicate with Iraqis wishing to return to the country, and to coordinate with the relevant authorities in its field of work.
The embassy diplomatic staff accompanied the passengers to the airport to bid farewell to the travelers and complete their travel procedures.
