The Departure of Second exceptional Flight to Evacuate Iraqis Stranded in Malaysia
The second exceptional flight began to return the Iraqis stranded in Malaysia with (192) passengers traveling from Kuala Lumpur International Airport, heading to Baghdad International Airport.
The Chargé d’affaires Mr. Hamid Al-Jubouri and the embassy staff accompanied the travellers to Kuala Lumpur International Airport to follow-up the procedures. The embassy also prepared special letters to facilitate the arrival of Iraqi travelers to the airport in coordination with the Malaysian authorities represented by the Malaysian Foreign Ministry and the Malaysian security authorities.
The Iraqi Cultural Attaché in Malaysia and the Iraqi Airways office have contributed to operating this exceptional flight.
