The Embassy of Republic of Iraq to United Kingdom Operates an Exceptional Flight to Baghdad
The Embassy of Republic of Iraq to the United Kingdom has made an exceptional flight to Baghdad to return 156 Iraqis stranded due to the comprehensive ban measures taken by many countries in the world in the face of the spread Coronavirus.
The embassy in London and the consulate general in Manchester, through their official accounts on social media, called on Iraqi citizens who are in Britain who want to return to the country to register their data so that they can prepare return flights for them on the Iraqi Airways .
The Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq to London, Mr. Jaafar Al-Sadr, praised the cooperation shown by the British authorities in facilitating this extraordinary flight to return Iraqis to the country in light of the suspension of flights between countries of the world.
The Iraqi diplomatic staff had accompanied the passengers to the airport to facilitate the procedures for their return to Iraq.
