In implementation of the directives of the Foreign Minister to utilize all efforts of diplomatic missions to return Iraqi citizens stranded abroad and in coordination with the Crisis Cell at the Foreign Ministry ,the Ministry of Transport, the Consulate General of the Republic of Iraq in Istanbul, the second extraordinary Iraqi Airways flight will depart from Istanbul Airport to Baghdad with (244) citizens on board.
