The Ambassador of Republic of Iraq in Brussels Meets Deputy Assistant Secretary General of NATO for Operations

The Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq in Brussels Mr. Sadiq Al-Rikabi, met with the Deputy Assistant Secretary-General of NATO for Operations, Mr. Jonathan Parish.

During the meeting, the outcomes of the NATO Council meeting were discussed at the level of defense ministers of member states, which was held on 18/6/2020, in addition to the importance of strengthening bilateral relations between Iraq and NATO, providing support to Iraq in its war against terrorism, and facing the Coronavirus pandemic.

The two sides agreed to continue exchange of meetings to enhance cooperation and joint work.
