The 9th exceptional flight departed Turkish airspace from Istanbul airport towards Iraq with 138 passengers on board that were stranded due to the ban and closure measures.
The passengers were accompanied by the staff of the Iraqi Consulate General in Istanbul to complete their transfer and to overcome the difficulties they may face.
