The Embassy of Republic of Iraq to Cairo Operates Eleventh Extraordinary Flight to Baghdad

The eleventh extraordinary flight departed from Cairo to Baghdad with (294) passengers of Iraqis stranded in the Arab Republic of Egypt because of the measures to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus pandemic.

The passengers were accompanied by diplomatic and administrative staff at the embassy to the airport to bid farewell to them and to check on the progress of their transportation procedures and overcome their difficulties.

The Embassy of the Republic of Iraq in Cairo has conducted (10) previous exceptional flights to Baghdad, following the preventive ban on transportation and the closure of airspace on regular flights.
