Two Exceptional Flights Operated by General Consulate of Iraq in Istanbul to Return Iraqis Stranded in Turkey

The two exceptional flights left with 322 Iraqi citizens and 3 bodies of deceased stranded in Turkey towards Baghdad. The Consulate of the Republic of Iraq in Istanbul continues to receive requests for those who wish to return to the country.
The consulate based on the approval of the Diwan Committee (55) for the year 2020 has announced its intention to conduct exceptional flights to return Iraqi citizens in Turkey to Baghdad under the guidance of the Foreign Minister in coordination with Iraqi Airways and in cooperation with the relevant Turkish authorities.
