Ambassador of Republic of Iraq to Amman: The Jordanian Interior Ministry Excluded Iraqi Students from Requirement of Annual Residency

The Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq to Amman Mr. Haider Al-Athari asserted that the Jordanian Interior Ministry of issued a decision to exempt Iraqi students from the residency requirement, explaining that hundreds of Iraqi students will be able to attend public and private schools.

Ambassador Al-Athari expressed his thanks to the government of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, especially the Minister of Interior Mr. Salama Hammad, indicating that this step comes within the framework of the two countries’ endeavors to enhance partnership and cooperation in the interests of the two peoples.
