Foreign Minister Meets Russian Ambassador to Baghdad

Foreign Minister Mohamad A. Alhakim met with Russian Ambassador to Baghdad Mr. Maxim Maximov.

During the meeting they discussed strengthening the Iraqi-Russian relations, especially in the files of a strategic nature, calling for working towards activating the exchange of common interests in various fields, especially in the economy and service fields.

Minister Alhakim expressed his aspiration to open new prospects of cooperation and the government’s serious endeavor to explore the future prospects of cooperation in order to achieve prosperity for both countries.
