Head of America Department Meets Deputy Head of United States Mission in Baghdad

The Head of the America Department Mr. Luqman Abdul Rahim Al-Faili met with the Deputy Head of the US Embassy in Baghdad, Mr. Brian McFeeters at the Ministry’s headquarters.

 The two sides discussed the latest developments of the common issues between the two countries and their continued efforts to activate the strategic framework agreement as planned. The meeting also discussed USAID assistance programs as Mr. McFeeters stressed during the meeting the US interest in helping the Iraqi people through USAID and other assistance programs and that his government is continuing to strengthen economic relations between the two friendly countries.
