Foreign Minister Receives Phone Call from Pakistani Foreign Minister

Foreign Minister Mr. Mohamad A. Alhakim received a phone call from Pakistani Foreign Minister Mr. Syed Mahmood Qureshi. The two sides discussed bilateral cooperation between Baghdad and Islamabad and ways of enhancing joint coordination to achieve the interests of the two friendly peoples.

They also discussed facilitating the granting of entry visas to Pakistani visitors who wish to visit Iraq for the Arbaeen pilgrimage to Imam Hussain.

Minister Alhakim promised his Pakistani counterpart to overcome all difficulties for Pakistani Pilgrims and facilitate their entry to Iraq to perform the visit.
