Foreign Minister Meets his Iranian Counterpart Mr.Mohammad Javad Zarif

Foreign Minister Mr. Mohamad A. Alhakim met with Iranian Foreign Minister Mr. Mohammad Javad Zarif on the sidelines of the 74th UN General Assembly.
During the meeting, they discussed ways of enhancing brotherly relations between the two countries and developing them to serve the interests of the two neighboring countries. The two Ministers also discussed the developments in the region and the impact of the crises of some countries on the whole region.
Minister Alhakim called for the need to seek calmness and not to aggravate the situation in the region, and exchanged views on the role of the international community in the development of peaceful solutions, and to assist countries faced by crises.
