Iraqi Ambassador to Australia Meets Deputy Foreign Minister for Middle East Affairs

The Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq to Australia Mr. Bassim Hattab met with Deputy foreign Minister for Middle East Affairs Mr. Ralph King during a dinner invitation hosted by the Australian Foreign Ministry in honor of the distinguished efforts of the Embassy in promoting and sustaining the Iraqi-Australian relations,

During meeting a number of issues related to the work of the embassy were discussed, most notably the re-activating the memorandums of understanding that Iraq had signed with the Australian government in 2009 in various fields.

Mr. King also praised the efforts of the Embassy and stressed that the invitation is a tribute of the Secretary of State to the Embassy for the distinguished mission over the past year, wishing everyone continued success.
