Acting Head of Asia and Australia Department Meets Bangladeshi Ambassador to Baghdad

The Acting Head of Asia and Australia Department Mr. Hamed Abbas Laftah met with the Ambassador of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh to Baghdad, Mr. Abu Maqsoud Mohammed Farhad at the Ministry headquarters.

During the meeting, they discussed several issues of common concern, including follow-up issues of Bangladeshi workers coming to Iraq and continuous coordination between the two sides to reduce problems related to this particular issue. The two sides expressed their great keenness to strengthen ties of joint cooperation to improve the level of bilateral relations between the two friendly countries in all fields.
