Iraq’s Embassies and Missions Mark the 10th anniversary of Martyrs of Foreign Ministry
Iraqi embassies and missions held a memorial service to mark the tenth anniversary of the foreign Ministry’s terrorist bombing in 2009. The attendees stood a minute of silence in tribute to the souls of the martyrs, and speeches were given denouncing the atrocities committed by the terrorists against the Iraqi people, and called for the renunciation of violence, extremism, and the importance of eliminating terrorist thought, drying up its sources of funding, chasing its cells and sanctuaries.
They also praised the efforts and sacrifices of the Iraqi armed forces, and their confronting of Da’esh terrorist gangs, and achieving the historic victory by liberating the cities that were under the control of Dae’sh terrorist gangs calling on the importance of a unified international effort to confront this threat.
