Iraq Participates in 3rd Arab Regional Conference on the Protection and Promotion of Human Rights in Cairo

Dr. Ahmed Nayef Al-Dulaimi, Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq in Cairo and Permanent Representative to the League of Arab States participated in the opening session of the Third Arab Regional Conference on the Protection and Promotion of Human Rights held at the headquarters of the League of Arab States on Sunday 28/7/2019 in cooperation with the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights for the Middle East and North Africa.

The participation of Iraq in this conference titled “The Impact of Occupation and Armed Conflicts on Human Rights, Especially the Rights of Women and Children,” is directed from Iraq’s interest in supporting the activities and events organized by the League of Arab States in all fields to promote joint Arab action particularly in the human rights file.
